  1. Choose your challenge:

Decide on your personal 60 Second Challenge. How many skips/pushups/burpees can you do in sixty seconds?

  1. Create your fundraising page:

Set up your fundraising page by registering HERE and choosing your favourite charity. Don’t forget to set your fundraising goal, and personalise your story so that your supporters know who you are, what you are doing and why you are doing it.

  1. Tell the World:

Tell your friends, family, colleagues and rivals. Tell them about your challenge and ask them to sponsor you. Upload videos to Facebook and Instagram of you in action. When they can see you put in the hard work, they’ll be happy to support you. Then challenge 3 friends to match or beat your challenge!
